How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we'll work with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times typically take 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel an active subscription at any time through the customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals; you continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
